ABOUT THE ROLE

Graystrom Retail LLP is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations, order processing, inventory coordination, product listings and dispatch activities. The role requires strong coordination with warehouse, logistics and management teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage daily e-commerce orders received through online marketplaces.

· Process, verify and coordinate orders for timely and accurate dispatch.

· Create and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing and SKUs.

· Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock-outs.

· Coordinate with picking, packing and dispatch teams.

· Handle cancellations, returns, replacements and customer/order-related issues.

· Monitor marketplace dashboards and resolve operational issues.

· Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, returns and dispatches.

· Prepare daily and weekly e-commerce, order and sales reports.

· Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups, deliveries and exceptions.

· Monitor pending, failed, delayed and RTO orders and ensure timely action.

· Verify SKU,



quantity and product information before dispatch.

· Update product catalogues, prices, offers and other marketplace information.

· Escalate important operational issues to management and follow through until resolution.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Working knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace operations.

· Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify or similar platforms is preferred.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

· Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Basic understanding of SKU, inventory, dispatch, returns and RTO processes.

· Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

· E-commerce or marketplace operations experience.

· Warehouse and inventory coordination experience.

· Good Excel and computer skills.

· Responsible, punctual and organized.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

· Strong ownership and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
