Job Type: Full-Time A Star Jewels is looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce & eBay Listing Executive to manage our product listings and online jewellery catalogue.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and upload jewellery listings on eBay/Amazon/Etsy
- Upload and maintain products on our company website
- Write SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions
- Update pricing, specifications, variations and product details
- Work with jewellery details such as:
- Diamond carat weight
- Diamond shape
- Color & clarity
- Gold purity
- Gold weight
- Ring size
- IGI certification
- Edit, resize and organise jewellery product images
- Research eBay keywords and competitor listings
- Improve existing listings for better search visibility
- Maintain SKU and product information in Excel/Google Sheets
- Check listings for errors and maintain catalogue accuracy
- Coordinate with our jewellery production and management team

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience with Seller Hub
- Shopify / WooCommerce or other website backend experience
- Good written English




- Basic SEO and keyword research knowledge
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Canva / Photoshop or basic image-editing knowledge
- Jewellery or diamond industry experience is highly preferred
- Understanding of international e-commerce, especially the US market, is an advantage

Experience 1–3 years in E-commerce / Marketplace Product Listing preferred

Candidates who have previously worked with Jewellery, Diamonds, eBay, Amazon US, Etsy or international marketplaces will be given preference.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Exceptional candidates with strong eBay and jewellery experience can be considered at a higher salary.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who is accurate, responsible and willing to learn, not someone who only uploads products mechanically.

The candidate should be able to understand a jewellery product and turn the information into a professional, attractive and search-optimized online listing.
