Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 / NAV E-Invoice Integration Developer

Argus Consulting is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 / NAV Technical Consultant to work on e-Invoice integration projects involving multiple ERP environments.

The role will involve integrating ERP systems with an external e-Invoice platform through SFTP-based interfaces, including data extraction, transformation, file generation, transmission and response/error handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on e-Invoice integration for Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments.
- Develop and configure integrations using SFTP and file-based interfaces.
- Understand ERP invoice/credit note data and map it to the required e-Invoice interface format.
- Develop data extraction, transformation and mapping logic.
- Handle outbound invoice files and inbound response/status/error files.
- Implement validation, error handling, retry and reconciliation mechanisms.
- Work with business/functional teams to understand invoice and taxation requirements.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, mapping specifications and integration test cases.
- Support testing, deployment and post-production stabilization.

ERP Experience RequiredExperience with one or more of the following is required:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision 2018
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Experience working across multiple Dynamics versions/environments will be a solid advantage. Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 / NAV technical architecture
- AL development for Business Central is preferred
- C/AL experience for older NAV versions is an advantage




- X++ experience for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is an advantage
- Strong understanding of SFTP / file-based integrations
- XML / JSON / CSV data formats
- API/integration concepts
- Data mapping and transformation
- SQL Server
- Troubleshooting and log/error analysis
- Understanding of ERP invoice and credit-note processes

Good to Have
- Experience with Indian e-Invoicing / GST ecosystem
- Experience integrating ERP with e-Invoice/GST platforms
- IRP integration experience
- E-way bill integration
- Experience with multiple legal entities/companies
- Experience handling high-volume invoice integrations
- Azure Integration Services / Logic Apps / APIs
- Power Automate or other Microsoft integration technologies

Project ScopeThe current requirement involves multiple Dynamics ERP implementations, including:

- Business Central
- Navision 2018
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

with SFTP-based integration. The environments represent multiple legal entities, so experience with multi-company/multi-entity ERP integrations is valuable. Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who:

- Has hands-on experience rather than only functional exposure.
- Can independently understand an existing integration and make required changes.
- Is comfortable working with both ERP data and integration interfaces.
- Has strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Can communicate clearly with technical and functional stakeholders.
- Can work independently in a remote project environment.
