Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end payment delivery projects across multiple stakeholders, including business, operations, technology, vendors, and external partners.

- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, governance, and successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

- Manage and mentor project teams while ensuring effective coordination across cross-functional groups.

- Oversee payment transformation initiatives, system implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.

- Ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness.

Required Experience

- 8+ years of experience in project management, with significant exposure to banking and payments projects.





- Proven experience managing and delivering payment-related projects within the GCC region.

- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including domestic and cross-border payments, clearing, settlement, SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, and related payment channels.

- Good exposure to Core Banking implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation programs.

- Experience working with banking stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.

Preferred Skills

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.

- Good understanding of banking, payments, and financial services domains.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, project tracking, and governance.

- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to prepare executive and steering committee presentations.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in preparing project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
