- Experience with Liquid for dynamic content and personalization.
- Familiarity with Braze SDK integrations and message triggering.
- In-depth knowledge of SMS, email, and in-app messaging workflows.
- Understanding of Braze events, attributes, tags, and campaign logic.
- Comfortable using SQL for segmentation and analysis.
- Experience with Braze metrics and analytics dashboard.
