Job Summary

We are looking for a well-versed, confident and responsible Domestic Sales Coordinator to support our domestic sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, dealers, distributors and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with domestic customers, dealers and distributors for sales orders and requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Purchase, Accounts and other departments as per the requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and business opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication with customers through phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Support the sales team in achieving domestic sales targets.





Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; preference may be given to candidates with a background in Commerce, Management or Sales.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Coordination or a similar role.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Well-versed in MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
- Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Presentable, confident and professional personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Jabalpur local candidate preferred.
- Candidates with experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
