About the Role:

We are looking for Doctor Sourcing responsible for building and maintaining a strong, continuous pipeline of doctors for our teleconsultation business. The role will focus on sourcing doctors across multiple medical specialties and qualification categories, including MBBS doctors as well as BDS, BAMS and BHMS professionals, based on business requirements.

This is a high-ownership role requiring a combination of doctor sourcing, channel development, team leadership, stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be able to build scalable sourcing channels that ensure a continuous supply of qualified doctors throughout the year rather than relying only on reactive hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Doctor Sourcing & Pipeline Development Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for doctors required for teleconsultation. Build pipelines across multiple specialties, locations, experience levels and qualification categories.

Source and maintain profiles for:

MBBS doctors

BDS doctors

BAMS doctors





BHMS doctors

Specialists and super-specialists as required by the business.

Develop a year-round, continuously replenished doctor talent pool.

Maintain a ready pipeline to meet both planned and urgent hiring requirements.

Build relationships with doctors and relevant professional networks to improve sourcing efficiency.

2. Sourcing Channel Creation Identify, evaluate and establish new channels for generating doctor leads.

Develop scalable sourcing channels through professional networks, medical communities, institutions, referrals, digital platforms, partnerships and other relevant sources.

Track channel-wise performance and continuously optimize sourcing strategies.

Build doctor referral and network-based sourcing mechanisms.

Experiment with new channels and approaches to reduce dependency on individual sourcing platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have:

3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, healthcare recruitment, doctor recruitment or sourcing.

Strong understanding of doctor/healthcare professional sourcing.

Experience sourcing candidates at scale across multiple requirements.

Ability to source both MBBS and non-MBBS healthcare professionals such as BDS, BAMS and BHMS.

Experience managing or mentoring a sourcing/recruitment team.

Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Demonstrated ability to build new sourcing channels from the ground up.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Comfort working with recruitment data, dashboards and performance metrics.

Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI/dashboarding tools will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

A highly proactive, target-oriented and ownership-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:

Good to Have Experience in telemedicine, digital health, healthcare platforms or hospitals.

Experience building large healthcare skilled networks.
