Role Description The Doctor will provide evidence-based clinical care to patients, including conducting examinations, diagnosing conditions, ordering and interpreting investigations, and developing appropriate treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include managing inpatient and outpatient cases, performing or assisting in procedures relevant to the doctor’s specialty, prescribing medications, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves close collaboration with nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and adherence to hospital protocols and clinical guidelines.

The Doctor will also maintain accurate medical records, participate in clinical discussions and case reviews,



and contribute to patient education and counseling. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Arya Neuro Spine & Multi-Speciality Hospital in Ajmer.

Qualifications

- Relevant medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution; postgraduate qualification (MD, MS, DNB, or equivalent) in a clinical specialty is highly preferred.
- Valid medical registration/license to practice, with compliance to all applicable regulatory and ethical standards.
- Robust clinical assessment skills, including history-taking, physical examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Experience managing inpatient and outpatient care in a hospital setting; prior work in a multi-speciality or neuro/spine-focused environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including clear communication with colleagues, patients, and families.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, confidentiality, and safety, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
- Willingness to participate in shift duties, emergency coverage, and continuous professional development activities.
- Basic proficiency in using hospital information systems, electronic medical records, and digital diagnostic tools.
