Role Description The Doctor Referral Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen and expand referral relationships with physicians, clinics, and other healthcare partners.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential referrers, scheduling and conducting outreach visits, presenting hospital services, and maintaining regular communication with referring doctors. The Manager will track referral patterns, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform marketing initiatives and improve patient acquisition. The role also involves coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, organizing physician engagement events, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all referral marketing activities.

Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, or business development, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills to engage and retain referring doctors and partners.




- Skills in planning and executing referral campaigns, including basic digital and offline marketing techniques, event coordination, and promotional activities.
- Ability to analyze referral data, prepare performance reports, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain clinical services clearly to medical and non-medical audiences.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach activities and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Chennai healthcare market and local medical community is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in a hospital environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
