This is not a fixed-salary employment role. It is a flexible consultation-based engagement through the FemLyra platform.

Earning Opportunity

Earnings are performance-based and depend on specialty, availability, patient demand, completed consultations, user bookings, cancellations,



and applicable platform policies.

Active teleconsultation professionals may earn approximately:

₹15,000 to ₹80,000+ per month

Higher earnings may be possible for highly active specialists based on consultation demand, experience, availability, and completed consultations.

FemLyra does not guarantee fixed monthly income. Actual earnings depend on consultations completed through the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide online consultations through the FemLyra platform
- Support users with women’s health, fertility, pregnancy care, dermatology, nutrition, mental wellness, adolescent health, menopause care, lactation support, and preventive healthcare needs
- Deliver ethical, evidence-based, and compassionate healthcare guidance
- Maintain skilled and patient-friendly communication
- Follow applicable medical, privacy, telemedicine, and professional guidelines
- Help users understand when they may need further medical evaluation or specialist care
- Collaborate with FemLyra’s healthcare and product teams to improve user experience
- Participate in healthcare awareness and educational initiatives where relevant

Requirements

- MBBS / MD / MS / DGO / relevant medical or healthcare qualification
- Valid medical registration or professional licence, wherever applicable
- Relevant experience in the chosen healthcare category




- Strong communication and patient-interaction skills
- Interest in women’s healthcare and digital health platforms
- Ability to provide ethical, evidence-based, and patient-first care
- Prior teleconsultation experience is preferred but not mandatory
