Role Description

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote TheCconnects' events, awards, magazines, and business initiatives.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Premium, social media, email marketing, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

Make outbound calls to potential clients, business owners, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.

Promote and generate registrations for Award Events, Leadership Events, Business Recognition Programs, and Networking Events.

Promote TheCconnects magazines, featured articles, interviews, brand promotions,



and corporate recognition opportunities.

Identify potential companies and decision-makers and maintain a robust lead database.

Follow up with prospects regularly and convert qualified leads into registrations or business opportunities.

Coordinate with companies and professionals regarding award nominations, event participation, magazine features, and promotional opportunities.

Create and share engaging digital content to increase event and brand visibility.

Track campaign performance, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and registrations.

Maintain daily and weekly lead-generation reports.

Collaborate with the marketing, business development, and event teams to achieve organizational targets.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media strategies, and lead-generation techniques.

Support other marketing and business development activities assigned by management.

Working Details

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹14,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Probation Period: 3 Months

Compensation Review

- After successfully completing the 3-month probation period, the employee's performance will be reviewed. Based on lead generation, conversions, event registrations, overall performance, and contribution to the organization, the salary may be increased as per company policy.
