Company Description SASHAKT Foundation, established in 2016 by Pratik Kumar, is a community-led environmental NGO dedicated to sustainable development and social empowerment. Role Description The District Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi(UP) & Rewa, (MP), responsible for delivering high-quality training programs across SASHAKT Foundation’s focus areas, including adolescent girl empowerment, environmental awareness, digital literacy, financial inclusion, and community resilience. The person in this role will conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and field-based learning activities for community members, partners, and frontline workers. They will design and adapt training materials, curricula, and toolkits to local contexts, ensuring content is accessible, culturally sensitive, and aligned with program goals.

Trainer will coordinate with district-level stakeholders, monitor training outcomes, maintain accurate records and reports, and provide feedback for continuous improvement of training strategies. This role also involves mentoring local facilitators, supporting program implementation, and representing SASHAKT Foundation at community events and review meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong training, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse community groups and explain concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess program coordination and stakeholder management skills, including organizing sessions, liaising with local partners, and maintaining documentation.
- Candidates should possess curriculum development and content creation skills, such as designing training modules, adapting materials, and using participatory teaching methods.
- Candidates should possess basic data collection, monitoring, and reporting skills, including maintaining trainee records and tracking learning outcomes.
- Candidates should possess digital literacy skills, with the ability to use presentation tools, online learning platforms, and standard office software.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in social work, education, development studies, environmental sciences, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience working with NGOs or in community-based programs, especially in adolescent empowerment, environmental initiatives, or livelihood development, is an advantage.
