DC/DM – 108 Ambulance ServicesKey Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor 108 ambulance operations in the assigned district.
- Coordinate with ambulance staff, Fleet, Control Room and field teams.
- Ensure timely availability and smooth functioning of ambulances.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance and operational activities.
- Handle field-level issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular field visits and inspections.
- Maintain operational records and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and service standards.
- Escalate critical operational issues to senior management.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years experience in operations, field management, ambulance/healthcare or transport services.
- Good communication, coordination and team-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
