- 3-6 years of experience in dispatch/logistics preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Manage daily dispatch and shipment activities.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and customers for timely deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch records and update shipment status.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, and quantity verification.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team for smooth dispatch operations.
- Handle basic MIS/reporting related to dispatch.
