- Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations in manufacturing industry

Job Summary We are looking for a Dispatch Executive with 35 years of experience in Chemical and Mattress Foam Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for dispatch planning, logistics coordination, dispatch documentation, transporter follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Logistics
- Manage dispatch of finished goods and production materials.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle arrangement and delivery.
- Ensure on-time dispatch as per delivery schedules.
- Monitor loading, unloading, and shipment movement.

Documentation
- Prepare Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, Invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Maintain dispatch records and update ERP / SAP / Tally systems.
- Verify material quantity and dispatch details before shipment.

Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, QA/QC,



and Logistics teams.
- Follow up with transporters and customers regarding delivery status.
- Track pending dispatches and ensure timely deliveries.

Inventory & Compliance
- Monitor finished goods stock for dispatch planning.
- Ensure proper Packing, labelling, and safe transportation of materials.
- Follow company dispatch procedures and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Dispatch, Logistics, and Inventory Coordination
- Experience in dispatch documentation and transporter coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / SAP / Tally
- Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatches

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Chemical, Foam, Mattress, or Manufacturing Industry preferred
- Knowledge of logistics and dispatch procedures
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
