We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Executive to join our growing team. This pivotal role requires a candidate with proven industry experience to manage dispatch operations related to dispatch.

What You'll Do

- Ensure that all required documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists) are attached and accurate before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the production and inventory team to ensure that the right products are picked and packed for delivery.
- Organize and schedule dispatch operations, co-ordinate with transporter for dispatch of goods on time
- Ensure the timely dispatch of goods based on customer orders and shipping schedules.
- Monitor shipment progress and track the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to requirements, dispatch issues, disputes, and clarifications.




- Work with the sales or customer service team to ensure timely dispatch

Who You Are

- A Graduate with relevant industry experience in lighting, electrical, construction, smart home automation, or a closely allied sector
- Possess positive communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a professional demeanor and presentation.
