Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage the safe transportation of wholesale inventory across diverse geographic regions.
- Design and implement optimized delivery schedules utilizing GPS navigation to reduce transit duration and fuel expenditure.
- Ensure strict compliance with all traffic statutes, legal mandates, and internal safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle assessments to verify mechanical soundness and safety standards.
- Oversee cargo security throughout the transit phase, supervising loading and unloading operations while maintaining precise documentation.




- Facilitate deliveries under challenging circumstances, such as night shifts and poor weather, while prioritizing safety and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics teams, providing real-time updates on shipment status, potential delays, or vehicle malfunctions.
- Accurately log mileage, delivery details, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
- Adapt swiftly to unforeseen schedule or route modifications while upholding professional standards and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Possess 1–3 years of proven experience in fleet coordination or dispatch, preferably within logistics, wholesale distribution, or retail supply chains.
- Hold a valid, clean driving license with demonstrated proficiency in operating commercial vehicles.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving strategies.
- Demonstrate expertise in utilizing GPS systems and route planning tools for effective navigation.
- Have prior experience managing operations during nighttime hours and in adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, or snow.
- Possess a solid grasp of vehicle mechanics, controls, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Show the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accountability.
- Have the physical capacity to lift and handle goods weighing up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods during loading and unloading tasks.
- Display strong time management and organizational skills with a commitment to punctual deliveries.
