Coordinate daily dispatch planning as per sales orders and delivery schedules.

· Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.

· Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Production, Accounts, and Logistics teams.

· Ensure timely loading and dispatch of finished goods.

· Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.

· Track dispatched shipments and update delivery status.

· Monitor pending orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.

· Verify quantity, product, and destination before dispatch.

· Maintain daily dispatch records and MIS reports in Excel/ERP.

· Handle transporter and customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.

· Follow up on delayed or undelivered shipments and resolve issues.

· Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company dispatch procedures.

· Maintain records of returned, damaged, or short-delivered materials.

· Support month-end dispatch reconciliation and reporting.

Pay: ₹11,950.90 - ₹15,000.00 per month
