Any Graduate / Diploma in relevant field

1 to 4 years of experience in dispatch/despatch function, preferably in a manufacturing plant (PEB, steel, panel or similar industry)

JOB PURPOSE To plan and execute timely dispatch of finished goods (PUF Panels, PEB structures, Polycarbonate & UPVC

Sheets) to customers/sites as per approved delivery schedules, with complete and accurate documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan daily dispatch schedule based on sales orders, production readiness and vehicle availability

Coordinate with Production and Stores to ensure finished goods are ready and quality-checked before dispatch

Arrange loading of vehicles (trucks/trailers) ensuring correct material, quantity and secure loading practice





Prepare and verify dispatch documents Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, Packing List

Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and track vehicles till delivery at customer site

Update dispatch status and delivery confirmation in SAP/ERP and MIS trackers

Handle customer/site coordination for delivery schedule and any dispatch-related queries

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (E-Way Bill, GST documentation) for every dispatch

Maintain dispatch records, vehicle log and daily dispatch report

Coordinate with Accounts and Sales team on billing and dispatch-related discrepancies

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Working knowledge of SAP/ERP dispatch and invoicing module

Knowledge of E-Way Bill and GST dispatch documentation

Good coordination skills with Production, Stores, Transport and Sales

Proficiency in MS Excel for dispatch tracking and reporting

Ability to work under dispatch deadlines and handle multiple vehicles/orders
