Role Description The Director – Influencer Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for leading end-to-end influencer marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of influencers across platforms, building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with client objectives. The Director will design and manage campaign calendars, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams such as performance marketing, creative, and brand strategy to deliver integrated campaigns.

Daily tasks include setting KPIs, tracking campaign performance, optimizing initiatives based on data, managing budgets, and presenting clear reporting and insights to stakeholders and clients. The role also involves mentoring a team, defining best practices, and staying ahead of influencer trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in influencer marketing strategy, including campaign planning, influencer sourcing, and relationship management.




- Strong skills in digital and social media marketing, with experience across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data, set KPIs, manage budgets, and use insights to optimize ROI and conversion rates.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, collaborating with creative, branding, and performance marketing functions, and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the agency in client meetings and external partnerships.
- Background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; agency experience and familiarity with Navi Mumbai/Mumbai market dynamics are advantageous.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, in office environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Awareness of influencer industry trends, platform policies, and compliance guidelines, including brand safety and disclosure requirements.
