We kindly request such applicants to refrain from applying. /n /n About the Role /n Happiest Minds is looking for a seasoned technology leader to head our GenAI & Agentic AI Practice focused on either Azure AI or AWS AI .

This leadership role will be responsible for practice growth, capability building, pre-sales, strategic partnerships, and successful delivery of enterprise AI solutions. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n Practice Leadership /n /n

- Define and drive the AI practice vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.

- Manage strategic relationships with Microsoft or AWS.

- Drive co-sell opportunities, partner programs, and joint go-to-market initiatives.

- Represent Happiest Minds in industry events, conferences, and leadership forums.

- Provide oversight for solution delivery, architecture governance, and risk management.

/n

- Ensure high standards of quality, security, compliance, and Responsible AI adoption.

/n /n /n Required Qualifications /n /n

- 18+ years of IT experience, including leadership roles in Practice, CoE, or Technology organizations.

/n

- Strong experience building and scaling AI, Cloud, or Digital Transformation practices.

/n

- Deep expertise in either: Azure AI ecosystem (Mandatory) OR

/n

- AWS AI ecosystem including Amazon Bedrock (Mandatory)

/n

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.

/n

- Strong knowledge of AI Agents, LLMs, Multi-Agent Frameworks, MLOps, and LLMOps.

/n

- Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, large deal pursuits, and client engagement.

/n

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

/n

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
