Role Description The Director at Clinial Research Stuff will lead strategic planning, operational execution, and overall growth of the organization’s clinical research talent and services portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing business development, partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and research organizations, and the quality of career and educational offerings.

The Director will manage cross-functional teams, set performance goals, and ensure that job board, guidance programs, and learning resources align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include stakeholder engagement,



budget and resource management, monitoring key performance metrics, and driving initiatives that expand the organization’s reach and impact. The Director will also represent the organization at industry events and build strong relationships with academic institutions and professional bodies.

Qualifications

- Leadership and management skills, including team leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical industry, or life sciences, with familiarity in clinical trials, drug development, and regulatory affairs.
