About Whitebox Properties

Whitebox Properties is a growing real estate channel partner firm based in Pune, specializing in residential projects across Wakad, Tathawade, Punawale, Ravet and Kiwale.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage digital campaigns and generate quality real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns
- Generate consistent and high-quality leads for residential real estate projects
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives and audience segments
- Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion rates and overall campaign performance
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead follow-ups and conversions
- Create and manage social media content for Instagram and Facebook
- Analyse campaign data and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Work with designers/content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Maintain proper lead reports and campaign performance reports




- Explore additional digital lead-generation channels such as Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing and property portals

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads
- Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization
- Good knowledge of CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads will be an advantage
- Positive communication and analytical skills
- Real estate marketing experience will be preferred
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have previously worked in real estate digital marketing, lead generation, Meta Ads or performance marketing will be preferred.
