Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist at The Coach 360° is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.

Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web and campaign data to improve results. The specialist will collaborate with coaches and internal teams to promote programs, develop online marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging.



The role also involves staying current with digital marketing trends and proposing new ideas to strengthen the platform’s online presence.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies, including campaign planning, lead generation, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and produce actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and crafting clear, engaging messages.
- Prior experience in fitness, sports, wellness, or consumer-focused digital brands is an advantage.
- Familiarity with content creation, basic design tools, and marketing automation or CRM platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
