We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities for our construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, lead generation, content creation, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for construction and real estate projects.

- Manage company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Plan and create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and project-related creatives.

- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital campaigns for lead generation.

- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.

- Coordinate with the sales team to track and improve lead quality and conversion.

- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

- Manage website content and ensure regular updates.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify current digital marketing opportunities.

- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, agencies, and other vendors when required.





- Maintain and strengthen the company's online brand presence.

- Explore new digital platforms and marketing trends relevant to the construction and real estate industry.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

- Good understanding of social media marketing and lead generation.

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.

- Excellent content writing and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or other design tools will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related industries.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in real estate/construction digital marketing will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
