About the Role

Digicial Solutions is looking for a Performance Marketer who can independently manage digital advertising campaigns and consistently deliver strong results. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads , with a strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for better leads, conversions, and ROI
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Create and test different ad campaigns, creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies
- Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale successful campaigns




- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Proven ability to manage campaigns and generate measurable results
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance
