- Develop and execute paid digital marketing campaigns for real estate lead generation

- Create and manage high-performing Facebook and Google ad campaigns

- Optimize ad spend and ROI across multiple platforms

- Design and implement landing pages for real estate lead capture

- Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports

- Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with business goals

- Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing,



specifically in real estate lead generation

- Proven track record of running successful Facebook and Google ad campaigns for real estate

- In-depth knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and lead generation techniques

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making

- Excellent communication and project management abilities

- Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint (preferred)

- Previous experience working with real estate companies is mandatory

- Demonstrated success in generating quality leads for real estate projects
