Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, strong knowledge of online advertising platforms, social media, SEO, content marketing, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business and sales objectives.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage social media content, campaigns, promotions, and brand communication.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Generate leads and improve online customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of advertising spend.
- Identify current digital marketing trends and implement new strategies where appropriate.
- Develop and execute email, WhatsApp, influencer,



and other online marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand image and communication across all digital platforms.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and content marketing.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- E-commerce and retail marketing experience.
- Experience in perfume, beauty, fashion, FMCG, or luxury retail is an advantage.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media collaborations.
- Solid understanding of customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
