Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The intern will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and online channels to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media posts,



monitoring campaign performance, and supporting the optimization of content based on web analytics and marketing metrics.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align digital marketing activities with business objectives, conducting basic market and competitor research, and preparing regular performance reports. The intern will also help maintain consistent brand messaging and support ad-hoc digital initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and campaign execution.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track and interpret digital performance data.
- Effective written and verbal Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with common social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; exposure to marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
