Role Description This full-time Digital Marketing Executive role is an on-site position based in Satara.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search, aligned with the consultancy’s business objectives. Daily responsibilities include creating and optimizing marketing content, managing social media profiles, monitoring online engagement, and ensuring brand consistency. The role also involves tracking and analyzing web and campaign performance metrics, preparing reports,



and recommending improvements to increase reach and conversions.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support recruitment marketing, employer branding, and promotional activities for various client projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for creating clear messages, collaborating with teams, and engaging audiences.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage platforms, create posts, and optimize engagement.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to develop accurate, compelling, and audience-focused digital content.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and refine digital strategies.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing platforms, SEO tools) is an advantage.
