Role Overview

Skillstride Academy is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who has practical experience in digital marketing, with a preferred focus on SEO and strong working knowledge of social media marketing. The ideal candidate should be able to support the company’s online growth by managing digital campaigns, improving website visibility, creating content ideas, and handling social media activities across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing activities for Skillstride Academy.
- Work on SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, basic technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Manage and grow social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create content ideas for posts, reels, stories, ads, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers/video editors for creatives and campaign requirements.
- Track website traffic, social media performance, and campaign results.
- Assist in lead generation campaigns for courses, workshops, and training programs.




- Support paid ad campaigns when required.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, SEO updates, and social media content formats.
- Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and marketing activities. Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Good understanding of SEO and website optimization.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads will be an added advantage.
- Ability to write simple captions, ad copies, and content ideas.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic AI tools is preferred.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and eager to learn. The candidate should understand how digital marketing helps in generating leads, building brand presence, and improving online visibility for an education and training company.
