To fuel our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Branding executive who brings creativity, strategy, and execution excellence to the table.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a go-getter with out-of-the-box thinking for our digital marketing and branding efforts. This is a high-impact, on-site role where you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

You must know social media marketing, email marketing, branding, and Go-To-Market strategy creation and implementation. Most importantly, you must be laser-focused on delivering aggressive results and meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and lead performance-driven digital campaigns across channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Strategize and manage content and ad campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube to build community and drive sales.
- Email Marketing:
- Create segmented and automated email campaigns that nurture leads, increase customer retention, and maximize ROI.
- Brand Development & Management:
- Strengthen Joolkart’s brand identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual representation.




- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies:
- Design and implement GTM strategies for new product launches, collections, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with product and creative teams.
- Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize for better results.
- Team & Collaboration:
- Work closely with in-house teams and external agencies to ensure flawless campaign execution and alignment with brand goals.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in digital marketing and brand strategy roles, preferably in e-commerce or consumer brands will be an advantage
- Expertise in social media ads, email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and digital sales funnels.
- Experience creating and executing Go-To-Market plans that deliver measurable business impact will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a proactive, results-first mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
