We're growing fast, and our socials need someone who gets it: reels that stop the scroll, captions people actually read, and content that turns "just browsing" into "just booked."

The Role

If you've ever watched a travel reel and thought "I could make this way better" — this one's for you. We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Creation Intern who wants to trade textbook theory for a real seat on the marketing team. You'll shoot, edit, write, post, and yes — actually generate leads that turn into real bookings. No fetching coffee, no busywork. Just hands-on marketing for a brand that's actively taking off.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Planning, shooting, and editing reels that make people want to pack a bag
- Designing scroll-worthy creatives and carousels (Canva, your call)
- Building out our content calendar and keeping it on schedule
- Writing captions, blogs, and website copy with a bit of personality
- Digging into keywords and light SEO to help us get found
- Helping run campaigns across platforms, start to finish
- Generating real leads and helping see them through to a closed booking
- Tracking what's working (and being honest about what's not)
- Keeping an eye on trends, reels formats, and what competitors are up to
- Occasionally coordinating with creators/influencers on collabs

What We're Looking For

- Studying or recently done with Marketing, Mass Comm, Digital Marketing, or something close enough
- A genuine interest in social media and reels — bonus points if you already have opinions about trending audio
- Comfortable with Instagram, Canva, and basic editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Can write a caption that doesn't sound like a robot wrote it




- Not allergic to talking to leads and following up — this role is about results, not just posting for the sake of posting
- An eye for what looks good and what doesn't
- Coachable, curious, and okay with a small team where everyone wears a few hats
- Prior internship experience? Great. Don't have any? Also great — we care more about hustle than history

The Money Bit ₹5,000 – ₹15,000/month (Incentives can go as high as 1 lac)

- ₹5,000 fixed, guaranteed
- Plus performance incentives on leads generated and closed — and here's the fun part: there's no cap on what you can earn. The better you do, the more you make.
