Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for DFT (Design for Testability) features in complex digital circuits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to ATPG (Advanced Test Programming Generator), MBIST (Methodology for BIST), TETRAMAX (Test Workplace for Tester Machines).
- Develop expertise in BIST techniques such as scan insertion, self-test generation, and boundary scan testing.
- Provide technical guidance on DFT best practices to junior engineers.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on DFT engineering.
- Strong understanding of ATPG, MBIST, TETRAMAX tools and methodologies.
- Experience with developing test plans for complex digital circuits using BIST techniques like scan insertion.
