Role Description This full-time, on-site DevOps Fresher role is based in Indore and is designed for early-career professionals interested in contemporary software delivery practices. The DevOps Fresher will assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, supporting build and deployment processes, and monitoring application performance under guidance from senior team members.

Day-to-day responsibilities include working with version control systems, helping manage cloud infrastructure and environments, and contributing to automated testing and release workflows. The role also involves collaborating with developers, QA,



and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, improve system reliability, and document processes and configurations. This position provides structured mentorship and exposure to real-world AI and software projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of DevOps fundamentals, including CI/CD concepts, version control (e.g., Git), and software development lifecycle understanding.
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Linux/Unix or Windows server environments, shell scripting, and command-line operations.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes as a plus).
- Candidates should possess basic exposure to monitoring and logging tools, along with an interest in system performance and reliability.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Any internships, projects, or certifications in DevOps, cloud computing, or system administration will be considered an added advantage.
