Role Description As an Information Technology Intern at 66degrees, you will support the IT team in maintaining and monitoring core technology systems and user environments. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with network administration tasks, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and supporting basic network security practices under supervision.

You will help respond to internal user requests, provide customer service to team members, and document recurring issues and resolutions.





This is an internship role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a modern, cloud-focused technology setting.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Information Technology and exposure to general IT environments.
- Ability to assist with Network Administration and basic Network Security tasks.
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
