About The Role We are looking for an experienced design and planning manager to join our infrastructure/construction team in Delhi. In this role, you will lead planning, concept, and schematic design for commercial and architectural projects.

You will serve as the key bridge between design vision and project execution, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders. Your expertise in pre-construction planning, design coordination, and project scheduling will be critical in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning & Design: Lead planning, concept, and schematic design for commercial and architectural projects
- Design Coordination: Manage design coordination and support pre-construction planning and execution
- Scheduling: Prepare and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders
- Design Review: Review design deliverables and ensure alignment with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards
- Commercial Project Planning: Support commercial project planning as required
- Client Engagement: Drive effective communication, presentations, and client interactions throughout the project lifecycle

Must-Have Requirements

- Proven expertise in Planning Management for large-scale commercial projects




- Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in commercial buildings
- Hands-on experience in Commercial Real Estate projects (offices, retail, mixed-use developments)
- Experience in Design - concept development, schematic design, and design coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) for schedule preparation and monitoring
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Must be based in Delhi NCR / Gurgaon / Noida

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.Arch. (Bachelor of Architecture)
- Preferred Education: Master's degree from SPA, NICMAR, or similar institutes (preferred, not mandatory)
- Industry: Commercial Real Estate, Architectural Design, Construction Project Management
