Role Overview:

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of Head of Design. The Head of Design will oversee and lead all design-related projects, ensuring cohesive visual design, product innovation,

and branding strategies. Responsibilities include managing design teams, crafting design concepts,

driving project execution, and collaborating with stakeholders to align design objectives with organizational goals. The role also involves integrating green technology into design processes to create sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership & Strategy

● Define design vision, standards, and best practices for commercial / corporate interiors.

● Lead design delivery from pre-sales to post-handover.

● Ensure compliance with safety norms, building codes, and accessibility standards.

● Oversee technical drawings, detailing, and design feasibility.

Team Leadership





● Lead, mentor, and manage the interior design team.

● Review and approve design concepts, layouts, BOQs, and presentations.

● Drive collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Project & Stakeholder Management

● Oversee multiple commercial medium to large-scale projects across locations.

● Ensure design quality, timelines, and consistency.

● Lead senior client interactions, design presentations, and pitches.

Business & Budget Ownership

● Support pre-sales through design inputs and pitch decks.

● Drive value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.

● Oversee design-related budgets and resource planning. Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

● 8 - 12 years of experience in corporate office interior design, with 4+ years in a leadership role.

● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across

● Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop

● Excellent presentation, communication, and people management skills.
