Hirely i s recruiting on behalf of one of the hiring partners for a remote Senior Product Design Expert opportunity supporting projects focused on evaluating and improving AI systems in product design, rapid prototyping, and human-AI collaborative development.

You will create realistic evaluation scenarios, reference outputs, and grading criteria that capture how experienced product designers and AI-native developers approach real-world product development.

What You’ll Do:

- You will design scenarios around rapid prototyping, UX/UI design, design systems, component libraries, and AI-assisted software development . You may work with tools such as Figma, Framer, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, and Replit to create reference prototypes, design specifications, code artifacts, and usability evaluations.
- You will also develop detailed rubrics that distinguish genuine senior-level product and design judgment from generic or template-driven work.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience as a product designer, design lead, senior frontend/product engineer, or AI-native developer, ideally with experience at product-focused companies or startups.




- Solid experience with product design systems, UX/UI, rapid prototyping, AI-assisted development, Figma, or modern AI coding tools is highly valued. A strong portfolio of shipped work is preferred, while previous experience creating rubrics, training content, or design critiques is a plus.

Compensation & Commitment:

- $70-$80/hour
- Fully remote
