KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Verification of concept layouts, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and detailed manufacturing drawings.

- Design capabilities in Paint shop equipment, Powder coating equipment, Transporter, Conveyor, Ovens, AHU, Scrubbers, Blowers, Dust collectors, Fume extractors, Ducting, AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks, BOM, Cost estimation, Proposal engineering, Sheet metal design, Industrial ventilation, Fabrication drawings, Excel costing.

- Perform engineering calculations for airflow, heat load, structural requirements, pressure drop, and equipment sizing.

- Design validation to industrial standards

- Review customer specifications and develop optimized technical solutions.





- Understanding the Customers requirements and discussions, and with the inter-department co-ordination with Sales, Projects and Purchase.

- Visiting customers for technical discussions, support trouble shooting and commissioning activities, to resolve design related issues

- Verification of Bills of Materials (BOM), technical specifications, and design documentation before project execution

- Knowledge in airflow calculations, oven heat calculations, and ventilation system design.
