Job Summary

Roljack Asia Limited, Udaipur is urgently looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Deputy Sales Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with production, technical, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.




- Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding dues.
- Travel as required for customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and business development.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E., MBA, BBA, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
- Experience in industrial sales, machinery, equipment, manufacturing, or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting/CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
