Hiring: Deputy Project Manager – Ballastless Track

Location: Mumbai/Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years

Qualification: Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and agile Deputy Project Manager – Ballastless Track to support the execution and management of large-scale Railway/Metro Track Projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ballastless track systems, project coordination, and site execution within metro or railway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of ballastless track works
- Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring compliance with project schedules and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures, technical specifications, and contract requirements
- Monitor progress of slab track and ballastless track installations and resolve site-related issues
- Conduct site inspections,



quality checks, and progress reporting
- Support project documentation, billing, procurement coordination, and approvals

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 10 years of experience in railway/metro infrastructure projects

Minmum 4 years of experience in relevant track works

Experience in execution and supervision of urban metro or railway projects

Knowledge of technical standards, quality control, and safety procedures

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
