What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Bancassurance team as a Deputy Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NBFC/MFI industry and a proven track record of success in bancassurance. The successful candidate will be able to lead a team, develop and implement business strategies, and drive growth and profitability. The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A strong analytical and communication skillset is essential for this role.

What does the job entail?

Develop and implement bancassurance strategies to drive business growth and expansion Lead and manage a team of bancassurance professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on current business opportunities

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform bancassurance product development

Design and manage bancassurance product portfolios to meet customer needs and drive sales

Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers,



including banks and financial institutions

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track departmental performance

Identify and mitigate risks associated with bancassurance business operations

Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
