Roles and Responsibilities :

- IFRS Reporting &
- Financial Consolidation

- Prepare and review financial statements and balance sheets of foreign subsidiaries in accordance with IFRS standards.

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities for overseas entities.

- Coordinate with international finance teams to ensure timely submission and accuracy of financial data.

- Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements at the group level.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS, corporate accounting policies, and reporting requirements across all subsidiaries.

- Monitor changes in accounting standards and evaluate their impact on financial reporting.

Financial Analysis &

- Corporate Reporting

- Analyze financial performance, balance sheet movements, and key reporting metrics across foreign subsidiaries.

- Prepare management reports, financial presentations, and analytical dashboards for senior leadership.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

- Identify reporting risks and recommend corrective actions to improve financial accuracy and transparency.

- Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Audit, Compliance &

- Controls

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and external consultants for overseas entities.

- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of recommendations.

- Support compliance with local statutory requirements and group reporting guidelines.

- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and reporting processes across subsidiaries.

- Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready financial records.

Process Improvement &

- Transformation





- Drive automation and standardization initiatives within the financial reporting and consolidation process.

- Improve reporting efficiency through ERP systems, reporting tools, and best practices.

- Support finance transformation projects and implementation of global reporting frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting quality.

- Participate in system upgrades, process optimization, and digital finance initiatives.

Desired Skills &

- Competencies

- Solid knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and consolidation principles.

- Exposure to foreign subsidiaries and multinational reporting environments.

- Understanding of financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and group reporting.

- Knowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and financial compliance requirements.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

- Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

- Experience with Big 4 firms ( Assurance / IFRS Advisory) preferred.

- Exposure to multinational corporations, listed companies, or organizations with foreign subsidiaries.

- Hands-on experience in IFRS reporting, financial consolidation, and group reporting.

- Self-driven professional with strong ownership and execution capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within strict reporting timelines.
