Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Manager – Home Loan & LAP to drive business growth through customer acquisition, channel development, and effective management of Home Loan and LAP portfolios. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality business, maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners, and ensuring achievement of business and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sourcing and disbursement of Home Loan and LAP business in the assigned territory.
- Generate business through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, builders, property dealers, and other referral channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong local market network.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Ensure quality sourcing in line with the company's credit and risk policies.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and other internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
- Track cases from login to sanction and disbursement and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and channel partners for pending documentation and requirements.




- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly business, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve business performance.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular business reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Housing Finance, NBFC, or Banking sales.
- Good understanding of Home Loan/LAP products, customer profiles, property documentation, and the loan process.
- Strong sales, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to generate business through multiple sourcing channels.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field-sales setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Local market knowledge and an established customer/channel network will be an advantage.
