Job Title: Deputy Manager – Business Strategy /n Role Description: This is a mid-senior position, where you shall work with the core leadership team and shall be responsible for independently driving strategic projects for the organization as per business needs. Experience in retail/D2C/ consumer durables/ B2C startups preferred. /n /n Reporting To: SM – Business Strategy /n /n Location: Bangalore /n Ideal Experience: Graduate from a Tier-1/ Tier-2 engineering college. Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a business role/ strategy role/ chief of staff role/ founder’s office in a fast-paced startup. /n /n Roles and Responsibilities: /n • Work closely with the CEO & HODs to develop and refine the company's product & automation priorities, and with cross-functional teams to create action plans. /n • Lead the business & product transformation projects. /n • Drive & monitor the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track. /n • Develop strategic frameworks and models to support decision-making processes /n • Drive & monitor the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, identify potential roadblocks,
