We are currently looking for dynamic and career-oriented professionals to join our Finance & Accounts team at the Corporate Head Office in Kolkata.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting operations including journal entries, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports
- Conduct bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial policies
- Support internal audits, statutory audits, and taxation-related documentation
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports
- Work extensively on Advanced Excel for reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and finance teams for smooth operational flow
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Preferred candidate profile





- Masters Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounts (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred)
- B.Com mandatory
- Male candidates preferred for operational requirements
- Candidates from corporate finance/accounting backgrounds will be an added advantage

Experience

- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance

Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Financial Reporting
- Advanced Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, HLOOKUP, MIS, Dashboards, Conditional Formatting)
- Experience in Tally ERP / SAP / ERP Software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
