We are currently seeking a Delivery Lead Sales to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Overview

Experienced Offshore Technical Lead to support Enlytes 2026 security initiatives covering endpoint application governance, vulnerability remediation, compliance, application rationalization, and security risk reduction. The role will coordinate across Cybersecurity, Endpoint, Infrastructure, Service Management, and Application teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead application discovery, classification, governance, and lifecycle management across enterprise endpoints.
- Establish governance for sanctioned, unsanctioned, and unauthorized applications, including ownership and custodianship.
- Lead endpoint vulnerability remediation, patch compliance, application updates, and endpoint hardening.
- Analyze vulnerability and security data to prioritize critical/high-risk issues and drive remediation within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with Application Owners, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Endpoint teams to deliver remediation outcomes.
- Correlate application, vulnerability, endpoint, and security telemetry across Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Intune, SCCM, CMDB, and asset repositories.
- Identify shadow IT, unauthorized software, vulnerable applications, privilege risks, and configuration weaknesses.
- Lead application consolidation and rationalization to reduce redundant, obsolete, duplicate, and underutilized applications.
- Drive application standardization, optimization, lifecycle strategies, and software asset governance.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting, remediation tracking,



and compliance metrics.
- Lead security and endpoint governance projects from planning through closure, managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Develop operational runbooks, governance standards, remediation procedures, and automation opportunities.
- Provide offshore technical leadership and support Zero Trust and modern workplace security initiatives.

Required Skills Experience
- Strong understanding of EUC, endpoint management, application delivery, and workplace technologies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, CrowdStrike, and Palo Alto Networks.
- Experience in vulnerability management, patching, endpoint compliance, hardening, and remediation.
- Knowledge of PAM / Endpoint Privilege Management, CMDB, Software Asset Management, application inventory, and endpoint telemetry.
- Experience with automation, security analytics, reporting, and remediation orchestration.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and offshore team leadership skills.
- Proven experience in enterprise application consolidation and rationalization.
- Ability to assess security/application changes for business and end-user impact.

Preferred Qualifications
- Endpoint security, vulnerability management, or cyber defense experience.
- ITSM / ITIL experience.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust and endpoint security principles.
- Certifications: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, CISSP, Security+, ITIL, CrowdStrike, or Palo Alto.
