Job Title: Delivery Manager

Job Purpose

This job will exclusively focus on overseeing the recruitment delivery operations, ensuring seamless execution of IT hiring projects. This individual will manage teams, maintain robust client relationships, and ensure that targets and service levels are met while driving innovation and best practices in the Recruitment Industry.

Job Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and account managers to achieve recruitment targets.

- Build a high-performing recruitment team by providing training, support, and career development opportunities.

Client Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with client expectations.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing concerns and implementing solutions proactively.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT recruitment projects, ensuring adherence to SLAs, TAT, and quality standards.

- Optimize recruitment processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with leadership to define recruitment strategies, market trends, and operational goals.

- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for service expansion within existing accounts.

Performance Metrics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure team performance and project success.

- Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management and clients.

Market Expertise:





- Stay updated on IT industry trends, technologies, and hiring practices.

- Provide insights and recommendations to clients on talent availability and market conditions.

Self-Learning & Others:

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the Recruitment & Staffing Industry.

- Invest in self-learning which has direct impact to revenue, productivity & profitability.

- Use market insights to tailor your team & client management strategies.

- Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement.

- Regularly assess your recruitment processes and look for areas to enhance efficiency.

- Understand how to use recruitment metrics and analytics tools effectively

- Follow all SOPs in the company.

- Perform other tasks and special projects as per Business need.

Required Knowledge

- 15+ Years of experience in recruitment, delivery, client & team management with a proven track record of managing recruitment operations.

- Should have worked for IT roles for various orgnisations.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Educational Qualification

- Full time graduate with overall first division.

- Masters degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
