Role Description The Delivery Executive role at Expressbee is a full-time, on-site position based in Tangi-Chowdwar.

The Delivery

Executive is responsible for safely collecting, transporting, and delivering publications and related materials to designated locations within scheduled timelines. Daily activities include planning delivery routes, coordinating with warehouse and office staff, verifying shipment details, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and receipts. The role also involves handling customer queries at the point of delivery, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.

The Delivery

Executive must follow all safety and compliance guidelines,



keep delivery tools and vehicles in good condition, and support continuous improvements in the delivery process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Service Delivery skills to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused distribution of publications.
- Candidates should possess Program Management and Project Management skills to coordinate delivery schedules, routes, and operational tasks effectively.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Sales skills to understand customer needs, address concerns, and support promotional or subscription initiatives when needed.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
